An Ohio man living out of his car has been arrested and charged with murder after he walked as much as cops and told them he shot dead his friend in what government say is an 'ordinary' case.
Brian E. Mason, 58, was stuck on frame digicam footage telling police in Miamisburg, Ohio that he by accident shot dead his friend, Michelle L. Elliott, 57, while demonstrating the way to use his .40-caliber gun on March 26.

At that time, officers dispatched sheriff's deputies to Elliott's house to conduct a welfare test.
When they arrived, WHIO experiences, there used to be no response on the door, prompting the deputies to look thru a window, where they saw blood.
The deputies then compelled access into the house, and located Elliott's frame on the ground between the lounge and kitchen.
Deputies then rushed to the Miamisburg Police Department to query Mason, who allegedly informed officers he were residing in his car and was helping Elliott with something at her space when the taking pictures occurred.
A probable reason affidavit bought by the Dayton Daily News additional notes that he stated Elliott had told him she 'wanted a different firearm to have at her household as a result of she felt unsafe,' so he showed her his .40-caliber handgun.
Following the deadly capturing, he said, he panicked, coated Elliott's body in a blanket and left in a pickup truck.
